Great pants, amazing service

I’m so impressed with the level of customer service. I wish all companies could be like Joob! The pants I ordered were too small, and within moments of me emailing, they had a return label and a larger size in the mail. The pants are so lightweight and stretchy, you can do anything in them! I can’t wait to take them to AZ for a hiking trip next week. They are cut in a very flattering way, so they’d be equally cute for a casual outing or just hanging out. The waistband is pretty wide and substantial and the pants are cut fitted, so I ended up needing a size larger than usual. I’m 5’3” and 130lbs and got a medium. A large would have likely worked too, for a more relaxed fit.

Had to exchange for a different size and super easy. Great pants overall though.

Pleasantly surprised

I bought it for hiking but wear it to work. Love having the pockets and use them way more than I thought I would! Material is super light and seems like it would work well on the trail (if I ever make it out there).
